Preparation Check List for the Plumber.com.au
While you are taking your time to work out plans and designs for your new bathroom. Prepare the following:
- Cut out Photos from Magazines
- Take photos of friends Bathrooms, or restaurant and hotels
- Visit websites to look at taps, sinks, and tiles
- Consider moving the bathroom to the lightest location in your home
- Swap positions of where the bath might be
- Relocate the sink to near a window
- Measure your bathroom
- If your challenged for space, perhaps choose to only have a modern shower
- Get some quotes on your favourite Tiles
- Consider your must have items if your on a budget, work backwards $$ (ie. if you must have a Kohler bath maybe you can choose different tiles & accessories)
- Some Shower Heads & Tap fittings can be expensive, ask Gary for advise on alternative options
- Don’t forget Lighting your bathroom is part of your budget (Creating extra lighting in a dark space can improve a dull room into a wonderful bright location with clever lighting)
